Clever needed to elevate their on boarding and charging experience. One of their major touchpoints, their charging tag, shipped with every welcome packet to new customers needed to be refreshed to reflect their brand values.
The aim was to convey their values in a tangible way through a small, every-day object. This new ‘artefact’ should be easy to manufacture but stand out amongst all other objects on one’s key chain or center console of your electric vehicle.
Clever’s marketing and design leaders where involved in several co-creation sessions I facilitated where we dove deeper in to the brand values and concept proposals in
