Another great machine in the growing line of high quality Nespresso capsule machines

Working with Designit’s Munich team I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of Nespresso’s new espresso machine. The process included rigorous user insights gathering and analysis, detailed user flow mapping and broad mockup ideation iterations.

It was key to deeply understand the pain points of preparing milk coffee drinks through observations and analysis of the preparation process. These insights would inform design decisions that would create user pleasing small delights during the entire process.
